Listed office REIT occupancy fell from 93.6% in 2019 Q4 to 84.9% in 2025 Q3, then recovered to 88.0% by 2026 Q2.
Methodology
Extract the complete Office row from the Occupancy Rates section of each Nareit REIT Industry Tracker release. Replace the full history on each quarterly refresh and retain the workbook hash so historical revisions remain auditable. No interpolation or smoothing is applied.
